Manhattan Beach, Huntington Beach, and Oceanside. These outstanding California beaches had festivals and body surfing throughout this summer.

Each heat was truly unique and interesting.

Yesterday was the most amazing. The World Body Surfing Championship held annually in Oceanside, California. 

The O'Gorman family fascinated all spectators with four generations participating.
 
Mr. O'Gorman, age 87, competed in his heat. We watched as he headed out into the water, confident and with a smile. WOW!
